Passionate About Helping Others Play Better Golf
I fell in love with the game of golf when I was 16. Being from Charleston, SC, the first course I ever played was the Charleston Municipal Golf Course. I still fondly remember those afternoons at the Muni as some of the most fun golf I ever played, regardless of the score!

My academic journey was not always streamlined or conventional. After graduating high school in 2008, it took me some time to find what career interests I wanted to pursue. While I was uncertain about what interests to follow, my life always included physical activity or exercise. From distance running, beach lifeguarding, strength training, golf, and beach volleyball, I realized early on that I derived great satisfaction from physical activity. Over time my passion for fitness crystallized into a career in physical therapy.

As I began my career as a physical therapist, I became addicted to helping my patients fix movement problems and avoid unnecessary surgeries. I proudly endorse a movement-first philosophy for musculoskeletal pain and take great pride in providing the attention to detail that helps my patients achieve the highest possible outcomes. Within this program, I have distilled the most effective strategies for improving strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. It is my guarantee that if you choose to work with me, not only will you notice a difference on the golf course, but those nagging issues that may have held you back over the years will become a memory.
